License Management

The License management page lists every license of your tenant — pending, active, expired, and the free trials — and lets you look up the details and the status history of each one. For what the states mean, see Licenses Overview.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click License (Tenant Administrators only).
  2. The License management page opens with the list of licenses, newest first.
  3. Use the refresh icon to reload the list, and the search icon to search by license code, product name, or status.

Click License filter to open the filter panel:

  • Product — All or one of the products you have licenses for.
  • Status — All, Pending, Active, or Expired.
  • Period — a Start date and an End date. Both dates are required when you use this filter (“Select both start and end dates”).

Click Update to apply the filter (it becomes available once you change something), Reset to clear it, or Cancel to close the panel without changes. The search icon in the toolbar filters the list by license code, product name, or status.

Click a row to open the details panel. Its header shows the license code (or Free trial), and the Details tab shows the License code with a Copy license code button, the Product, the Status, the Connected device (click it to open the HMI Device), the Expiration date, and the Start date.

The Status history tab of the panel lists every status change of the license, newest first:
